yes that was back in the 1940's when Gen. Douglas McArthur first step at Candahug, Palo, Leyte the CAP building formerly Price Mansion

was the place where McArthur and the president of the Philippines (i dont remember the name)

 stayed. It was the fist place in the Philippines that was liberated by the americans from the japanese.
